Job Overview and Key Responsibilities

As a Cabin Experience Agent, you will play a vital role in ensuring that reputed company aircraft interiors meet the cleanliness expectations for each flight. This is an entry-level customer service agent position, and our leaders provide mentorship to help prepare you to advance your career. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Cleaning and sanitizing the aircraft cabin to meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety
• Safely driving and operating ground equipment such as cargo vans, trucks, and high-lift trucks

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• A high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
• Be at least 18 years of age and have authorization to work in the United States
• A valid driver's license
• Basic digital literacy
• The ability to frequently lift tools, supplies, or items weighing up to and including 50 pounds
• Pass a physical ability test (PAT)
• Must wear required company-approved Personal reputed company Equipment (PPE) to include, but not limited to: hearing protection, safety-toe footwear, reputed company headwear (bump cap or hard hat), and high visibility safety apparel subject to an approved accommodation, such as alternate PPE

• A competitive salary of $19.00 per hour, with regular pay increases through 4.5 years
