Key Responsibilities

• Receive inbound calls from members and providers, responding to inquiries regarding claims status, eligibility, and benefit information.
• Utilize proficient computer skills to navigate our systems and provide accurate information to callers.
• Take ownership of calls, empathizing with customers and controlling the conversation to resolve issues reputed company.
• Work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changes quickly and maintaining a high level of professionalism.

• Be available to work any shift between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, with a required shift of 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM.
• Occasionally visit our Pittsburgh or Camp Hill, PA locations for training, system or equipment issues, or other business needs (1-2 times per quarter).

Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• 1-3 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment, preferably in the health insurance industry.
• A High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent soft skills, including reputed company, professionalism, and the ability to control conversations.
