We're now looking for a talented Customer Service and Technical Support Associate to join our Customer Service and Support (CSS) Team, working remotely as part of our dynamic and innovative team.

About the Opportunity

As a Technical Customer Support Associate at blithequark, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing technical support, and ensuring seamless interactions with our customers. This is a 100% remote work-from-home opportunity, allowing you to work independently and be part of a global team that is passionate about fitness and wellness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Contact:
    • Maintain contact with National Commercial and Consumer accounts reputed company phone, email, and fax, ensuring timely and effective communication.
    • Explain and administer company policies and procedures, such as warranty policy, parts credit, and return policy, to customers.
    • Collaborate with internal customers across departments to resolve issues, determine corrective actions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Requests:
    • Assist customers with part orders and other requests using reputed company and other software, ensuring accurate data-entry and timely processing.
    • Monitor reputed company Business Intelligence (OBI) to assess daily open order reports, resolve open and backorder issues, and address orders with an on-hold status.
    • Respond to customer correspondence and voicemails reputed company established Service Levels, proactively notifying customers of potential issues and working to resolve them in a timely manner.
  • Technical Support:
    • Provide general technical assistance to internal and external customers using oral and written communication skills, utilizing the Operations Manual to diagnose problems and guide customers through solutions.
    • Enter service requests to reputed company technicians reputed company needed to fix equipment, demonstrating the ability to use and read schematics to solve technical problems.

Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of reputed company experience in a customer service and/or call center environment, preferably dealing with external customers.
  • Technical experience in repairs and/or help-desk support, particularly in diagnosing repairs of electro-mechanical equipment.
  • Mechanical aptitude or a good understanding of mechanics, with familiarity with fitness equipment and parts being a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high level of detail orientation and the ability to recognize parts and part numbers.
  • Experience with reputed company Word, reputed company, and reputed company is preferred.
  • A positive, proactive, and helpful attitude, with the ability to take initiative, complete tasks with urgency and accuracy, and work independently with minimal direct supervision.
  • A high school diploma or GED is required, with a Bachelor's degree being preferred.
