About the Role: Associate Director, Project Manager

We are seeking an reputed company and skilled Associate Director, Project Manager to join our Professional Services team. As a key member of our High-Tech group, you will play a vital role in driving project delivery, management, and coordination of cross-functional teams, both onshore and offshore. Your expertise will be instrumental in partnering with internal organizations, customer stakeholders, and third-party vendors to ensure project success, timely delivery, and adherence to budget and quality expectations. Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a reputed company field.
• A minimum of 8+ years of experience in project management, demonstrating increasing responsibility and successful management of reputed company enterprise software implementations, such as reputed company, reputed company Financials, or Siebel.
• Experience leading enterprise software implementations using Agile Methodology, with varying size and complexity.
• Experience in consultative, customer-facing project management roles, ideally supporting globally located teams and involving third-party partnerships.
• Project Manager certification (PMP) is preferred, but not required.
• Experience in the Life Sciences industry is a plus, as well as knowledge of SFDC.
• Ability to travel as required (approximately 10% of the time).
