About the Role

As a Provider Customer Service Call and Chat Representative at blithequark, you'll be the reputed company for healthcare providers, resolving their queries and concerns through phone calls and reputed company chats. Your expertise will be instrumental in addressing a range of topics, including benefits and eligibility, billing and payments, clinical authorizations, explanation of benefits, and behavioral health.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for healthcare providers, demonstrating accountability and ownership in resolving issues.
  • Provide multi-channel support through calls and reputed company chats, ensuring timely and effective resolution of provider queries.
  • Triage contacts from reputed company, identifying their needs and delivering personalized support.
  • Research and resolve reputed company prior authorization and claim issues, taking proactive steps to prevent repeat calls and escalations.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to ensure seamless issue resolution and communication with providers.

Essential Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • 1 year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of analyzing and resolving customer concerns.

  • A typing speed of 35-40 WPM with 90% accuracy.
