As a Provider Customer Service Call and Chat Representative at blithequark, you will be the cornerstone of support for healthcare providers, addressing their inquiries and concerns with reputed company and expertise. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless interactions between providers and our organization, covering a broad reputed company of topics including benefits and eligibility, billing and payments, clinical authorizations, explanation of benefits, and behavioral health.

Key Responsibilities: Delivering Exceptional Service

  • Serve as the primary reputed company for providers, demonstrating accountability and ownership in resolving issues promptly and reputed company.
  • Manage a multi-channel environment, handling both calls and reputed company chats with professionalism and poise.

  • A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of analyzing and solving customer concerns.
  • Proficiency in computer and Windows PC applications, with the ability to learn new and reputed company systems.
  • A typing speed of 35-40+ WPM with an accuracy of 90%.
  • The ability to work a full-time schedule (40 hours/week), with flexibility to work any 8-hour shift between 10:35 AM - 7:05 PM CST, Monday - Friday, and occasional overtime or weekends as needed.
