About the Role

The Member Services Representative is a full-time position that involves handling a variety of tasks reputed company to reputed company processing, item processing, direct payments, and funds transfers. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of daily operations, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete data entry and balancing tasks with high accuracy
• Coordinate return items with members, reputed company merchants, the Federal Reserve, and other institutions
• Assist other departments with fraud resolution, reputed company requests, and reputed company Accounting General Ledger balancing
• Work on assigned cases/activities and follow established procedures to ensure compliance with NACHA rules and regulations and Federal Banking regulations
• Process advance payments, multi-account and partial deposits, credit card payments, and other checks, such as IRA, bankruptcy, and settlement checks
• Review, analyze, and support Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled items
• Log, research, and reputed company necessary GL account changes and/or returns
• Process Stop Pays and reputed company Reorders
• Complete daily balancing and reputed company closing tasks
• Obtain information from members for the timely and accurate processing of international and domestic funds transfer requests
• Research and verify incoming and outgoing funds transfer information
• Communicate with vendors to resolve funds transfer issues
• Understand and stay up-to-date on incoming and outgoing funds transfer regulations
• Process reputed company returns, research reputed company returned checks on draft changes, process reputed company checks, verify members for social funds transfers, and Federal Reserve confirming and releasing funds transfers
• Complete daily processing of workflows reputed company to late returns, reputed company of receipts, foreign collections, and legal charges

Requirements for Success

To reputed company in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Proficiency in reputed company Office software (e.g., Word, reputed company, Access, PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred qualifications include:

• Previous customer/member service experience
• Previous banking or Credit Union experience
