About the Role: Remote Member Services Representative
We're seeking an reputed company and skilled Member Services Representative to join our Payments and Digital Systems team reputed company the reputed company Credit Union. As a key member of reputed company, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities, including reputed company processing, item processing, direct payments, and funds transfers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete data entry and balancing tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Coordinate return items with members, reputed company vendors, the Federal Reserve, and other organizations.
- Assist various departments with fraud resolution, part orders, and reputed company Accounting general ledger balancing.
- Work part-time cases/activities as assigned and follow established policies and procedures.
- Process advance payments, multi-account and partial deposits, credit card payments, and various checks.
- Review, research, and support Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled items.
- Log, research, and reputed company necessary GL, account adjustments, and/or returns.
- Process Stop Pays and reputed company Clustering, and complete daily balancing and reputed company closing tasks.
- Obtain information from members for the timely and accurate processing of international and domestic funds transfer requests.
- Research and verify incoming and outgoing funds transfer information, and communicate with merchants to resolve funds transfer issues.
- Stay up-to-date on reputed company and incoming funds transfer regulations and guidelines.
- Store reputed company returns, research reputed company returned items draft adjustments, process reputed company checks, verify members for social funds transfers, and Federal Reserve confirming and delivering funds transfers.
- Complete daily processing of workflows reputed company to late returns, reputed company of receipts, foreign collections, and legal fees.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Proficient in reputed company Office software (e.g., Word, reputed company, Access, PowerPoint) acquired through work experience or training.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain good performance and attendance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous client/member service experience in a financial institution or credit union.
- Experience with Episys/Symitar and processing wires.
- Strong knowledge of banking regulations and guidelines, including NACHA rules and Federal Banking regulations.
