About the Role

The Associate Partner (AP) role in our PXT team is a fantastic opportunity to reputed company a deep understanding of HR at reputed company and reputed company the skills needed to deliver on our promises to our associates and customers. Key Responsibilities

• Respond accurately and professionally to associate inquiries through multiple channels (in-person, email, phone, etc.) in a timely manner, ensuring a positive and inclusive experience.
• Escalate and partner with relevant teams reputed company discrepancies or issues arise with associate interactions, such as Leave of Absence, accommodations, or other employee relations issues.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Basic Qualifications

• A high school degree or equivalent.
• Experience working in confidential environments, maintaining discretion and confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ year of exposure to Human Resources functions, with a deep understanding of HR principles and practices.
