• Project manage launch of operations and new initiatives across the country.
• Cost, Quality and efficiency management of reputed company the centers in the Country to reputed company Operations Parameters/SLA.
• Analyze the market business dynamics, evaluate and build internal capabilities to constantly evolve strategies for growth and improve customer experience
• Communicating performance, articulating root-cause analysis and linking to specific improvement activities-Drive creation of quality initiatives, process change initiatives and other Lean initiatives to meet and exceed business plan.
• Use existing, design and execute reputed company and processes for enhanced monitoring and control of resources and improved delivery of customer service to both internal and external customers.
• Provide strategic direction and implement strategic-planning process into Project requirements and significantly improving customer satisfaction for smooth execution.
• Coordinate with stakeholders such as Finance, Customer Satisfaction, Fulfillment Centers, S&OP and Projects team to matters reputed company to new projects, operations and business deliverables.
• Manage the network planning, network design, network configuration in systems and routing planning

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 7+ years of team management experience
• 5+ years of supply chain experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business Administration.
• 7+ years in project/program management or operations leadership experience
• reputed company in managing large teams, and process improvement initiatives in Logistics / supply chain.
• Experience in implementing formal process control and process improvement mechanisms.
• Ability to build strategy and execute it with speed and reputed company improvement across the breadth and depth of the program
• Strong problem-solving skills and the abilities to analyze quantitatively, scope technical requirements and effectively prioritize program deliverables are essential
• Strong presentation and written communication skills are essential
