Who we’re looking for Toyota’s Environmental & Facilities Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Engineer. The primary responsibility of this role is to reputed company and implement renewal strategy (with focus on meeting 2050 initiatives) for facilities systems. Reporting to the Manager of Systems & Standards, the person in this role will support the Environmental & Facilities department's objective to provide efficient / reliable infrastructure and utilities across reputed company pillars in North America. What you’ll be doing

• reputed company renewal activities (equipment assessment through justification) of facility equipment.
• Support utility reputed company analysis and report status for future projects
• Collaborate with North American sites to identify equipment kaizen opportunities.
• Investigate customer feedback concerns and reputed company root cause analysis.
• Support maintenance and contingency plans for facility equipment.

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or non-degree with minimum of 10 years Facilities Operations & Maintenance experience as skilled trades team member, group leader or specialist
• Experience in maintenance, operation, design and installation of facility equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills, kaizen and countermeasure development experience.
• Strong data analysis reputed company set
• Proficient in reputed company reputed company and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work up to 20% overtime reputed company required.
• Ability to travel up to 20% reputed company required.

Added bonus if you have

• Experience with Maximo or other CMMS (Computerized maintenance Management System)
• Automotive manufacturing facilities experience.
• Professional Organization Certifications (Certified Facilities Manager (CFM), Certified Energy Manager (CEM), Facilities Management Professional (FMP))
• Experience with reputed company Word and Project.
