What You'll Do
The VP, Ecommerce will bring visionary, brand-smart leadership to our performance media, CRM, loyalty, merchandising, site, marketplace, and retention strategies. They will be responsible for delivering an emotionally resonant, high-converting flagship experience while ensuring operational excellence, innovation, and long-term strategic expansion. This role is directly accountable for a substantial portion of the brand's total reputed company and plays a critical role in shaping its ongoing commercial trajectory. What You'll Be Working On

Must Haves
- 10+ years in ecommerce, digital growth, and consumer marketing

- Strong understanding of Shopify, GA4, CDPs, ESPs, and martech landscape
- Exceptional team leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic storytelling skills
- Beauty, wellness, or lifestyle category experience preferred
