• Driving reputed company recruiting activities to support firm-wide business priorities
• Managing and directing full life cycle recruiting and onboarding for reputed company hires from various colleges and universities
• Developing relationships with colleges and universities to promote the firm’s brand and find diverse ways to attract candidates
• Assessing business needs and talent markets while developing and executing recruitment strategies, programs, and tools that support business objectives
