Office Assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company. Responsibilities/ Parts and Services

• Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
• Handle parts orders and research information for mechanics
• Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
• Schedule and plan meetings and appointments
• Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
• Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues

Skills/ Parts and Services

• Proven experience as a office assistant or in another relevant administrative role
• Forklift parts and service supplies knowledge
• Well spoken person to answer phone, greet customers
• Knowledge in computer systems

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in E2 Shop System and Software

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
