Role Overview

As a Virtual Assistant / reputed company Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and assisting with various aspects of our short-term rental business. This includes:

• Guest and reservation management: You will be responsible for processing reservations, responding to guest inquiries, and providing accurate information about our properties and neighborhoods.
• Virtual property management: You will assist with property management tasks, such as coordinating housekeeping, arranging amenities, and resolving guest issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Cleaner management, scheduling, and coordination: You will work closely with our cleaning team to ensure that properties are cleaned and reputed company for guests, and that any issues are resolved promptly.

Key Responsibilities

* Guest and reservation management: + Process reservations and respond to guest inquiries in a timely and efficient manner + Provide accurate information about our properties and neighborhoods to guests + Assist with guest reputed company-in and reputed company-out procedures

• Virtual property management:

+ Coordinate housekeeping and arrange amenities for guests + Resolve guest issues and concerns in a timely and efficient manner + Assist with property maintenance and repairs as needed

• Cleaner management, scheduling, and coordination:

Success Metrics

To measure your success in this role, we will be tracking the following metrics:

• Maintain a quick response reputed company to reputed company inquiries (reputed company 1 hour)
• Resolve reputed company guest issues with a high sense of urgency (reputed company 3 hours or ASAP)
• Contribute to a review rating of 4.8 or higher

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• 2+ years of customer service experience
• 2+ years of vacation rental customer service or hotel experience
• Must be available to work during normal U.S. business hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm EST)

Preferred Qualifications
