Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you will be the face of our organization, interacting with members, providers, and plan sponsors reputed company phone, web, or written correspondence. You will respond to questions, resolve issues, and provide guidance on our plans, products, and services. Your goal will be to deliver exceptional customer experiences, build trust, and promote our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to member inquiries and resolve issues reputed company phone, email, or written correspondence
  • Provide guidance on plan benefits, coverage, and services, as well as navigate reputed company issues
  • Build relationships with members, understanding their unique needs and preferences
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to address member concerns and resolve issues reputed company
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as Clinical Case Management and Quality, to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintain accurate records and track member interactions

Requirements:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field (e.g., healthcare, customer service, communications)
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare or insurance setting
