Key Responsibilities

As an Online Chat Agent at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

• Responding to Customer Inquiries: Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries reputed company live chat, ensuring that reputed company questions are addressed and concerns are alleviated.

Essential Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a strong foundation in communication and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent Communication Skills: The ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers, both verbally and in writing.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Basic Computer Knowledge: A basic understanding of computer software and technology, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

• Experience with Chat Software and Technology: Previous experience with chat software and technology, including live chat platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $20.00 - $47.00/hour, depending on experience. Available shifts are reputed company days except Sundays.
