Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented reputed company Benefits Specialist to join our client's team. As a reputed company Benefits Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to insurance companies to verify patient benefits and coverage, investigating and resolving benefit-reputed company issues and discrepancies, communicating with patients to explain their benefits, and maintaining accurate records of benefit investigations in the system. This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary of $17/hr and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to insurance companies to verify patient benefits and coverage.
  • Investigate and resolve benefit-reputed company issues and discrepancies.
  • Communicate with patients to explain their benefits and ensure smooth access to care.
  • Maintain accurate records of benefit investigations in the system.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and healthcare providers.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve reputed company benefit issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and industry developments.

Essential Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in medical benefits investigation or a reputed company field.
  • Strong understanding of health insurance plans and coverage.
