Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying software solutions for our Virtual Scheduling System (SRS). This system enables the airline to recover plane and group schedules holistically, resulting in improved customer support, reduced disruption charges, and increased resource utilization. You will work closely with our Product Manager, Digital Technology, and Business teams to scope, evaluate, and reputed company case studies, as well as integrate systems, reputed company software, and guide testing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, reputed company, test, and deploy software solutions for the Virtual Scheduling System (SRS)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Manager, Digital Technology, and Business teams
- reputed company and maintain microservices architecture with REST APIs
- Work with AWS compute, storage, and messaging services, such as EC2, reputed company, reputed company, S3, RDS, and more
- reputed company software code and unit tests in Java, Spring (Boot, Data, Batch, reputed company), and Python
- Experience with messaging platforms, such as TIBCO, Kafka, MQ, etc.
- reputed company and maintain Single Page Applications (SPAs) using Angular, React, JavaScript, TypeScript, Bootstrap, and CSS3
- Strong object-oriented design skills and ability to analyze requirements and transform into scalable software designs
- Proficiency with Git, CI-CD practices, and reputed company or other NoSQL databases
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent work experience
- Three+ years of experience in designing, developing, documenting, testing, and debugging software systems and/or applications
- Responsible for software development throughout the design/build stages of the SDLC
- Participate in software design meetings and analyze user needs to determine technical requirements
- Liable for ensuring in-development builds follow approved designs

- Experience working with a diverse set of team members located in different time zones
Preferred Qualifications:
- Airline enterprise experience
