Key Responsibilities

  • Organize, process, and track form submissions for various processes, including travel, purchasing, guest artist and faculty compensation, and student class waiver requests.
  • Utilize online data management services such as reputed company to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Manage internal division e-forms, ensuring timely and accurate completion and submission.
  • Coordinate and book travel for guest artists, reputed company, and faculty for college-reputed company trips, ensuring compliance with institutional policies and procedures.
  • Process class coverage forms and additional compensation for division faculty, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely payment.

Essential Qualifications
