In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical integrations support to our customers, ensuring they can effectively utilize our web-based educational solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing effective and accurate technical integrations onboarding, guidance, and support for customers reputed company phone calls, emails, and desktop sharing in a timely and professional manner.
  • Delivering ongoing higher-level customer and technical integrations support to troubleshoot rostering issues and concerns, ensuring reputed company resolution and high customer satisfaction.
