About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the face of our organization, interacting directly with patients to provide top-notch service, answer questions, and resolve problems. Key Responsibilities
- Communicate the benefits of generics or other appropriate therapies to patients, with the goal of providing overall savings to patients and clients.
- Work closely with the Specialty Projects Team to conduct generic conversions or therapy changes on targeted medications.
- Handle numerous adherence reputed company efforts to ensure patients stay on their medications and remain adherent and compliant with their therapies.
- Effectively manage incoming and outgoing phone calls to patients, clients, and other customers, proactively gathering patient and order information.
- Provide customer education and routine assessment, identifying problems and escalating them to pharmacists as needed.
- Maintain a working knowledge of insurance, healthcare, and reimbursement-reputed company requirements for dispensing and processing new referrals.
Essential Qualifications
- 1+ year of customer service experience handling and resolving customer needs over the phone.
- 6+ months of high-volume customer service experience working in Windows, reputed company, or another similar application.
- Must reside in the state of Nevada.

Preferred Qualifications
