Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

• Retail Management Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience managing at least 2 stores, departments, or units, with a proven track record of driving business growth, P&L management, inventory control, and customer satisfaction.
• Leadership Experience: At least 2 years of experience leading a team of 6 or more, with strong training and coaching skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Customer-Centric reputed company: Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a deep understanding of customer needs and expectations.
• Multi-Unit Experience: Familiarity with multi-unit retail or restaurant operations, including financial reporting and analysis.
• Strong Organizational and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and resolve reputed company problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; degree in Business or a reputed company field, or significant US Military experience, is a plus.
