Senior Sales Executive
Sr. Sales Executive needs 7+ years staffing experience
Sr. Sales Executive requires:
Sales
Business development
Proven success in acquiring new clients in the Professional Staffing or Managed Services space.
7+ years selling Professional staffing (IT, F&A, Engineering, etc...) services to Mid-Market and Enterprise Level Customers.
3-5 years selling Managed Services such as RPO, MSP, VMS would be a plus.
Well-connected with the Talent Ecosystem community (TA, Procurement, MSP, CW Program leaders).
Strong established relationships with key decision makers in Tech, Finance, Engineering etc..
Entrepreneurial reputed company.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Minimum Bachelors degree.
Must have ability to travel and attend industry conferences 2-3 times per year.
Tech-savvy, proficiency using tools such as reputed company, Dynamics CRM, MS Office Suite (reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Sr. Sales Executive duties:
Prospect large enterprise companies (Fortune 1000) as well as mid-market companies.
Manage sales process from initial reputed company to new client onboarding.
Manage reputed company sales cycle and influence/persuade various levels of decision-making.
