• Manage the full cycle recruiting process (job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring).
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and reputed company effective recruitment strategies.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.

• At least two years of reputed company experience 
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects

• Internet speed required to be at 100 Mbps down, 10 Mbps up, and Latency of 100 ms or below

• Dedicated space where others cannot hear voice conversations, is free from background noise and other distractions (ex. Office space, extra bedroom, etc.)

• Hourly reputed company of $24 - $29
