The Content Writer II role in our Consumer Experience team involves crafting educational content for multiple clients' benefits strategies. This individual serves as a consultant, utilizing their expertise in effective communication, English language, and benefits knowledge to support clients in reaching their program goals. They tailor content to reflect client culture, tone, and style guides, focusing on employee-facing communications. Building and maintaining client relationships, as well as effectively presenting content and strategies in reputed company of clients, are key to success in this role. The Gig:
