A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ANSWERING SERVICE AGENT As a virtual receptionist, you are the backbone of our company. Your main responsibilities include receiving inbound calls and placing outbound calls. You listen attentively and collect customer data to provide them with basic information about the services and support they seek.
