Remote Client Services Coordinator Consultant (PST TIME ZONE) - 0033707 United States Description The Client Service Coordinator plays a vital role reputed company the RPO Delivery team, overseeing reputed company coordination and administrative functions reputed company to high-touch, reputed company executive scheduling. The role directly supports client hiring teams, as well as sending reports and updates on how the program is doing. This is a remote position that requires the ability to provide support during Pacific Standard Time (PST) business hours. Making an Impact

• Pre-screen and interview scheduling for Client Hiring Managers
• Facilitate hiring events including welcoming & registering attendees, assisting with prescreens and coordination (paperwork explanation, initiating clearance, facilitating candidates between stations)
• Generate recruitment metric reports both manually and using the applicant tracking system
• Maintain reputed company program compliance, data entry, and reporting in support of the program team.
• Coordinate recruiting team communications for the onboarding process for candidates/employees and client program updates

Sharing Expertise

• Identify and suggest areas for improvement in program processes; serve as a subject matter expert on program SLAs and processes.

Qualifications

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Technical: Proficient in an ATS (e.g., Taleo, Avature, JobApp)
• 2+ years of work experience in back office, account management, or recruiting
