What you will be doing: The primary purpose of this position is to provide ongoing clinical education to clinical support staff and identify new opportunities for education.

• reputed company and implement new training and competencies for clinical support staff using best practice methods, measurements, and tools, including vital signs, reputed company-of-care testing, venipuncture, and other clinical initiatives.

The Education and Experience you need:

• Education (Minimum Needed): NYS RN License required.
• Experience (Minimum Needed): Previous experience in clinical education or clinical training required.; 3 years of outpatient RN experience strongly preferred.
• Specialized Knowledge Needed for Performance of Job: Knowledge of scope of practice for MA, LPN, and RN positions, familiarity with NYS Nurse Practice Act, rules, regulations, and policies. Knowledge of CLIA.
• Special Skills: EMR experience required, strong computer skills preferred.
• Other: Excellent communication skills for educating and instructing clinical staff, ability to communicate effectively with clinical staff while demonstrating diplomacy.
