Summary
Join reputed company and support the Connecticut Medicaid program as a Pharmacy Prior Authorization Technician. You will process high-volume prior authorization requests, analyze claims information, and ensure accurate and timely clinical determinations. This fully remote position requires an active Pharmacy Technician License issued by any U.S. state; a national CPhT certification is preferred. Your role in our mission
- Active Pharmacy Technician License issued by any U.S. state (CPhT preferred).
- Knowledge of pharmacy claims, dispensing systems, and medication workflows.
- Ability to work independently and meet productivity goals in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with reputed company Office applications and electronic documentation tools.
- Strong communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.

- 3+ years of experience in retail pharmacy or similar high-volume pharmacy settings.
- Experience with Medicaid, Medicare Part D, or state pharmaceutical programs.
- 2+ years of customer service or pharmacy support experience.
- Experience using pharmacy software systems and processing electronic requests.
- Prior experience managing shared Outlook mailboxes or workflow queues.

- Fully remote role; must reside reputed company the reputed company United States.
- Standard schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm Eastern Time; some holiday coverage may be required.
