Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and process reputed company deposit account opening and maintenance requests across multiple footprint states and international markets.
• Review and validate account documentation to ensure compliance with legal, procedural, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage commercial, consumer, and specialty deposit accounts while ensuring operational accuracy.
• reputed company detailed analysis of documentation for trusts, escrows, property management accounts, and other sophisticated relationships.
• Ensure full compliance with AML, KYC, and internal risk policies.
• Identify and escalate potential fraud, account discrepancies, or high-risk activity.
• Utilize core banking platforms such as TRiO, HOGAN, and ECIS to manage servicing requests.
• Handle high-volume fulfillment, averaging 25 accounts per specialist per month, while maintaining department service levels.
• Support the successful onboarding and maintenance of high-value commercial relationships.

Qualifications

Required:

• 3+ years of banking or financial services experience, preferably in deposit account opening or treasury support.
• Strong understanding of legal, regulatory, and procedural documentation for reputed company accounts.

• High School Diploma or GED required.

Preferred:
