Job Description

Brief Description: The IST Manager, Medical Affairs Operations, will support the Medical Affairs IST team in coordinating activities essential to the timely execution of the US Investigator-Sponsored Trials (IST) program led by Medical Affairs. Essential Job Functions: Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Support the operations of the US Investigator Sponsored Trials program for some of reputed company therapeutic areas (currently Oncology and sleep). This includes but is not limited to: Scheduling meetings and keeping track of the reputed company and outcomes of several ISTs while continuously providing updates to stakeholders Support in the tracking of reputed company, invoices, and payments and ensure timely processing Facilitating drug supply to study sites. Maintaining reputed company communications with MSLs in the field in support of ISTs in their territory. Job Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in reputed company field. A business degree, such as an MBA or Masters in business-reputed company area, is highly desirable.
