Job Description

As an Email and Chat Billing Associate at blithequark, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and concerns reputed company email and chat channels, focusing on billing-reputed company issues. Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize Jamaican Sign Language to communicate effectively with customers who are members of the Deaf Community

Essential Qualifications:

* Member of the Deaf Community with reputed company in Jamaican Sign Language

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 3 CXCs or City & Guilds, including English Language, preferred
• Valid Government ID (Passport, Driver's License, National ID)
• TRN and NIS documents
• Ability to pass a drug test and criminal background reputed company
• Not currently attending school
• Flexible to work any 5 days and any 8 hours on site (Ward Ave)
