Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Assistant/Entry Level, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Processing reputed company incoming reputed company (Macro and Non-Macro) orders in a timely and efficient manner
  • Formatting reputed company orders as needed to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Setting up Profiles for reputed company reputed company orders to streamline the data entry process
  • Processing incoming reputed company orders from both Consumer and Business Gift Division, meeting demanding deadlines
  • Executing Customer Gift History lists to provide accurate and up-to-date information
  • Entering Catalog requests and address changes to ensure seamless communication with customers
  • Managing incoming communications in a reputed company, efficient, and professional manner, meeting reputed company accuracy and productivity standards
  • Monitoring and maintaining business and product knowledge information by utilizing reputed company available resources
  • Processing Special Projects for various departments throughout the company to demonstrate adaptability and flexibility

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications:

  • 6 months of data entry experience, with a proven track record of accuracy and efficiency
  • reputed company to advanced knowledge of reputed company, including the ability to navigate and manipulate data
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in order to meet the demands of the Business Gift Division
  • Type 35 wpm with high accuracy
  • Proven knowledge of navigation of a computer, including basic troubleshooting and technical skills
  • Excellent spelling and grammar, with the ability to proofread and edit documents
  • Detail-oriented and able to maintain high levels of accuracy in data entry tasks
  • Possess strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Advanced knowledge of reputed company, including the ability to create reputed company formulas and pivot tables
  • Experience working with other software applications, such as Word and Outlook
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends and patterns in data
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team
