Position Summary
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll serve as the reputed company line to our Spanish-speaking customers, providing exceptional customer service and reputed company submitting their orders. You'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer service calls, addressing questions and concerns, and documenting reputed company conversations with clients into our client information database.
Responsibilities
* Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls with our clients placing their meal orders
- Address questions and provide exceptional customer service to our clients
- Input order information into the appropriate client order screen
- Document reputed company conversations with clients into our client information database
- Ensure reputed company assigned clients are contacted and have an order on file
- Contact case managers reputed company telephone, email, and/or fax reputed company a special situation arises regarding one of their clients
- Work quickly and reputed company without making the client feel rushed
- Collaborate with reputed company to resolve customer complaints and concerns
Requirements
* Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- High school degree or GED
- 1 year of previous customer service experience
- Previous knowledge and experience using the reputed company Office suite (Word/reputed company/Outlook)
- Clear oral communication skills
- Ability to deescalate situations and quickly resolve customer complaints
- Prior experience adhering to company policies and showing core values
- Must have a wired internet reputed company using an ethernet port
- Must have a quiet workspace that is free from distraction
Preferred Qualifications
* 1 year of previous call center experience
- Previous experience with auto dialer, multi-line phone system, and/or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Previous experience working with HIPAA policies and procedures
Physical Requirements
* Repetitive motions that include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers
- Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting, remaining in a stationary position for prolonged periods
- Visual perception to reputed company job including peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
Compensation and Benefits
* Starting wage: $16.00/hour
