Key Responsibilities

As an Account Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

Commercial Enterprise Growth

+ reputed company and execute strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction for reputed company's vendors + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to drive efficiency and effectiveness + Analyze performance metrics and reputed company data-driven recommendations to inform business decisions + Manage and deliver against reputed company goals, balancing short-term promotional needs with long-term strategic objectives

Relationship Management

+ Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction + Conduct vendor delight surveys to identify areas for improvement and reputed company plans to address concerns + Collaborate with account managers to set expectations and drive results

Process Excellence

+ Analyze patron feedback, market growth trends, and key metrics to identify opportunities for process improvement and reputed company strategic recommendations + Identify and optimize processes to simplify and streamline operations, reducing unnecessary complexity and inefficiencies + reputed company and implement upgrades that benefit a large set of customers, such as process efficiencies through equipment and procedures, simplifying SOPs, and more

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, operations)

  • 3+ years of experience in client or seller-facing roles with a focus on relationship management and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to analyze data and exceptional practices to evaluate performance drivers
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders

Desired Qualifications

* Experience aggregating and analyzing internal and external marketing campaign metrics to evaluate performance drivers and identify insights

  • Demonstrated track record of building and cultivating relationships with internal and external stakeholders, resolving conflicts, and ensuring follow-through with excellent verbal and written communication
