About the Role
This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours of work per week, Monday through Friday. As a Customer Service Representative, you will have the flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 7:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. EST. Occasional overtime may be necessary to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls daily from patients and identify the type of assistance the customer needs.
- Ask appropriate questions and listen actively to identify specific questions or issues while documenting required information in computer systems.
- Contact care providers (doctor's offices) on behalf of the customer to assist with appointment scheduling or connections with internal specialists for assistance reputed company needed.
- Research issues across multiple databases and work with support resources to resolve customer issues and/or partner with others to resolve escalated issues.
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- 1 year of customer service experience.
- Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to navigate and learn new and reputed company computer system applications.
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 7:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. EST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in a reputed company environment (i.e., office, administrative, clerical, customer service, etc.) using phones and computers as the primary job tools.
- Prior healthcare experience.

Compensation
For California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New Jersey, reputed company, Washington, Rhode reputed company, or Washington, D.C. residents, the hourly range for this position is $16.00 - $28.27 per hour. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. blithequark complies with reputed company minimum wage laws as applicable.
