About the Role

As a Customer Service Associate at Blithequark, you'll play a critical role in the interaction between our company and our reputed company and prospective customers. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer experiences, resolving customer service problems, and promoting customer loyalty. You'll be the first human touchpoint for our customers, and we expect you to be pleasant, a good listener, and even-tempered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to Customer Inquiries: Answer a high volume of phone calls, emails, and chat messages daily, promptly, accurately, and courteously.
  • Order Tracking and Verification: Track orders promptly and accurately, and assist with order verification, damaged/lost package claims, and reshipments.
  • Cross-Sell Opportunities: Recognize and respond to cross-sell opportunities presented in order calls or email requests.
  • Customer Problem Resolution: Resolve customer service problems promptly and accurately, reputed company proscribed company guidelines, and in a manner designed to retain and promote customer loyalty.
  • reputed company Improvement: Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and procedures to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Dedicated Workspace: A dedicated office/space with a computer, 2 monitors, keyboard, mouse, and headset.
  • Remote Work Experience: At least 6 months of experience working remotely.
  • Customer Service Experience: At least 2 years of experience working in a customer service position, providing support through email, calls, chat, and social media.

  • Computer Skills: Strong computer skills and strong data-entry/keyboard skills.
  • Metric Management: Experience working with metrics such as handle time, quality assurance, and more.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bi-lingual is a plus!
  • Conflict Resolution: Ability to manage and resolve conflict quickly and professionally.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Education: High school degree, GED, or equivalent work experience.
