Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Representative at Blithequark, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

- Working knowledge of U.S.-based payroll, payroll tax, and accounting, or a willingness to learn with training provided.
- Tech-savviness, with comfort learning new programs and technology.

Location and Commitments
This is a full-time, direct hire position that is 100% remote. The role is open to reputed company candidates who legally reside and are eligible to work in the United States, except for applicants from Alaska, California, Hawaii, and Washington D.C. Core working hours generally fall between 8 AM - 7 PM EST, Monday through Friday, with flexibility to work beyond these hours during busy periods or urgent tasks.
