About the Role: Customer Care Representative I

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join reputed company as a Customer Care Representative I. As the first reputed company of contact for our customers, you will handle a variety of incoming customer phone calls, providing accurate information and solutions in a timely and professional manner. This role requires a proactive and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to work independently and adhere to a strict schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls in a timely and professional manner, following company-provided procedures and ensuring accurate information is provided.
• Demonstrate an understanding of policies and procedures to respond to customer calls, striving for a reduction in the need for supervisor callbacks.
• Participate in voluntary and mandatory training opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.
• Assist with floor training and/or shadowing opportunities reputed company needed.
• Complete special assignments as needed in a timely manner.
• Maintain responsible time and attendance.
• Participate in mandatory and voluntary overtime as needed.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Essential Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service environment.
• Intermediate proficiency in reputed company Office Suite.
• High level reputed company for multitasking independently and on a computer.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills using appropriate grammar, tone, and pronunciation.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with reputed company CRM and ECC systems.
• Previous experience working for a utility company.
• Thorough understanding and adherence to PUC rules/regulations, including Chapter 56 and Chapter 14, along with blithequark policies/procedures.

As a Customer Care Representative, you will start at $19.00 an hour, with opportunities to earn additional incentives:

• Trainee incentive up to $500 after successful completion of training.
• $500 after 3 months of successful independent call-taking.
• Additional incentives up to $250 a month for achieving or exceeding reputed company scorecard metrics.
