Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused First Notice of Loss (FNOL) Representative to join reputed company. As an FNOL Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch inbound communication services while recording FNOL claims used to report damage to our clients' property. Key Responsibilities

• Accept inbound calls from engineers, technicians, and other field operators reporting FNOL and communicate effectively while entering data accurately into a customized database.
• Report underground damage to locate companies reputed company applicable and provide outstanding service to customer representatives.
• Analyze photos and map the correct location, ensuring accurate and efficient claim processing.
• Participate in special projects and contribute to the reputed company improvement of our processes and services.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Skills and Abilities:

• Advanced phone and verbal communication skills, active listening skills, and excellent written communication skills.
• Excellent reading skills; must be able to read and follow a script, and analyze and interpret photos to determine damage.

Experience:
