Key Responsibilities

• Interact with customers reputed company phone, email, or chat to resolve support issues, sell new products and services, and ensure best-in-class customer experience
• Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
• Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks, recognize sales opportunities, and apply sales skills to upgrade products and services
• Explain and position products and processes with customers, ensuring a clear understanding of their benefits and features

Candidate Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues

Physical Requirements

This job operates in a professional office environment, although it can be performed remotely. The employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset.
