Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you will be responsible for performing information passage and patient enrollment, handling high-volume client requests, and working under direct management. You will utilize pharmacy systems to acquire patient and medication data, and your duties may vary depending on the assigned division.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize Blithequark's solution data entry methods and guidelines to process new patient enrollment by entering data into the proper system.
• Handle patient prescription demands reputed company HIPAA rules and enter top-off orders for processing.
• Investigate to acquire missing prescription data and decipher clinical truncations (SIG codes).
• Settle reputed company data entries reputed company to special cases.
• Handle correspondence to patients (inbound calls, chats, messages) and settle outbound decisions to prescribers and patients as needed.
• Settle Outsider Oddballs by inspecting, gathering data, making revisions, and resubmitting for handling according to individual arrangement prerequisites.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.

• Middle to cutting-edge level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing documents).
• Familiarity with Spanish and English.
