Position Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to work from home in Orlando, Florida. As a member of our Caremark Member Operations team, you'll be responsible for providing heart-driven service to our millions of plan members. You'll take inbound calls, answer questions, and resolve issues reputed company to prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
- 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience.
