Job Summary
We are seeking an reputed company and customer-focused individual to join reputed company as a full-time Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer service team, you will work in a fast-paced, inbound call center environment, assisting our customers with their insurance needs and ensuring they maintain their policies with the coverage they require at a reasonable price. Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from existing customers in a fast-paced call center-like environment, using multiple programs and systems simultaneously to resolve their needs quickly and reputed company.

Requirements and Qualifications
