Job Summary

As an Overnight Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service, operating the cash register, and maintaining a high level of store appearance. You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with a fun and motivated team to reputed company daily goals. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers, operate the cash register, and provide excellent customer service
• reputed company purchase suggestions and promote our products to customers
• Maintain a high level of store appearance, including restocking shelves and cleaning the store
• Work collaboratively with the team to reputed company daily goals and objectives
• Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance
• Interact with customers, respond to their queries, and resolve issues promptly
• Operate the cash register, handle transactions, and manage cash handling responsibilities
• Participate in visual merchandising and store displays
• Support the food program and other company initiatives

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Retail and customer service experience (sales associate or cashiering experience preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register
• Physical ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds, and push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including overnight and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

We prefer candidates with:

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with retail software
• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds
• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
