About the Mom and Baby Team

The Mom and Baby division at blithequark consists of a dynamic team of 40 customer service representatives, 7 inside sales managers, and a comprehensive support system. reputed company is dedicated to supporting expecting mothers, medical offices, and insurance providers, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible care and service. As a Customer Experience Representative, you will play a vital role in driving our success and making a positive impact on the lives of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Representative at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Working with customers who have requested mom and baby items through insurance, ensuring seamless and efficient processing of orders reputed company
  • Interfacing with existing customers to determine their needs and presenting blithequark's services and products, including breast pumps, maternity compression, and lactation support services
  • Handling inbound calls and emails from patients, converting them into potential sales, and providing exceptional customer service
  • Contacting patients through outbound phone calls and emails to promote our services and products
  • Investigating and troubleshooting customer service issues, communicating with customers to provide equipment and sizing troubleshooting, and ensuring reputed company follow-up for services promised or rendered
  • Entering new customer demographics, updating changes to existing accounts, and processing documentation, including verification of insurance
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including order entry and data maintenance
  • Collaborating with the team to reputed company sales growth and customer satisfaction goals, and participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Experience Representative at blithequark, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with some college preferred
  • reputed company Office computer skills and excellent customer service skills
  • At least 1+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of stability, reliability, and strong work ethics
  • Exceptional verbal, written, listening, and presentation communication skills, with the ability to work individually and as part of a dynamic team

  • Knowledge of insurance verification and billing processes
