Job Overview

In this exciting role as a Performance Analyst, you will provide measurement and analytical support for Contact Centers and pre-arrival blithequark Commerce. Your responsibilities will include forecasting, root-cause analysis, processing, quality assurance, and reputed company business analysis, as well as providing analytical support to local operations and partners across the division. This includes development, management, measurement, and analytics. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks and complete projects on time
• Effective communication skills (verbal, written, and visual)
