Job Summary

As a Remote Accounts Professional, you will play a critical role in supporting our accounts team, working on a variety of projects and tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our financial systems. This is a hybrid position, requiring you to work from our Corporate Grounds in Dallas, TX, at least three days a week, with flexibility to work remotely the remaining days. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate reputed company or future client needs and requirements by discussing directly with clients or using other methods
• reputed company project execution to ensure adherence to budget, timeline, and scope
• Complete task expectations, guaranteeing adherence to standards
• Define and drive reputed company program plans for multiple, simultaneous, reputed company projects or for a single highly reputed company project
• Initiate, review, or approve changes to project plans
• Identify, review, or select vendors or contractors to address project issues
• Plan and work with teams connected to Offices projects
• Examine and negotiate contract agreements using working knowledge of contract styles, developing a methodology, and making recommendations to assess consistency with corporate policies and goals and mitigate corporate risk
• Assess economy and effectiveness of space usage by defining potential changes in functionality, workflow, tentative plans for expansion, value engineering, and building codes to reputed company recommendations for reputed company use
• Direct the planning of technical drawings to ensure client/functional requirements are met, Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) standards are documented and implemented properly, and the budget is used productively
• May reputed company other work obligations as directed by Employee's Managers

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• S. citizenship or reputed company authorization to work in the U.S. is required, and no reputed company or future work authorization sponsorship available
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or reputed company field
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a reputed company field
