About blithequark and the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the frontline ambassador for our organization, providing top-notch support to customers navigating our home delivery pharmacy and pharmacy benefits services. This is a full-time, remote position that offers the flexibility to work from reputed company reputed company the United States. You'll be an integral part of reputed company, working collaboratively to drive health outcomes and advance health equity on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to a high volume of incoming customer calls (60-80 per day) with professionalism, reputed company, and a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Ask pertinent questions, listen actively, and document required information in our computer systems to ensure seamless issue resolution.

Essential Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) OR 2 years of equivalent work experience.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service over the phone.

  • Ability to commit to 3-4 weeks of reputed company with 100% attendance, working regular hours (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST, Monday - Friday).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Call center experience, with a background in handling high-volume customer inquiries.
  • Experience with virtual learning environments and virtual working arrangements.
  • Familiarity with digital platforms and systems, including web, chat, and email support.
  • Knowledge of healthcare or insurance environments, including medical terminology, health plan documents, and benefit plan design.

Soft Skills and Competencies

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You'll be expected to:

  • Handle a minimum of 50 calls daily, maintaining a high level of productivity and quality.
  • Demonstrate adaptability, flexibility, and a customer-centric approach in your daily work.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to drive team success and reputed company shared goals.
